Performance, sustainability and expertise matter most

The customer survey gives a clear picture: performance, expertise and environmental profile are what matter most.

Product quality receives consistently high ratings. This means that what we develop works in practice – on façades, roofs and in graffiti removal, where results need to be visible immediately.

When it comes to choosing a supplier, the priorities are clear. Effective products rank highest, followed by sustainability and environmental considerations, and then competent technical guidance.

Price is not irrelevant – but it is not decisive.
What matters is the result on site.

From feedback to actual development

This is also the foundation of how we develop our products and services.

We don’t just collect feedback – we use it in practice. Several initiatives launched over the past year, such as online courses, improved access to product information and the development of new environmentally labelled products, are based directly on customer input.

This is the direction we continue to follow.

Next steps: higher performance and more accessible knowledge

Following customer requests, we will soon launch two new graffiti removers labelled with Bra Miljöval. This new generation has been developed to deliver higher performance than previous environmentally labelled alternatives, while still meeting strict environmental requirements.

We are also close to launching an online course in roof and façade cleaning – an area where the demand for practical and accessible training has been clear.

Our role in practice

We aim to ensure that the job is done correctly – with the right method, the right product and a predictable result.

What we are currently reviewing

At the same time, there are areas we are reviewing:

• Website structure and usability
• The ordering flow in the webshop
• Product range within façade cleaning
• How we make technical information and guidance even more accessible

This is not about changing everything, but about making it more useful in everyday work.
